Woodcock & Wilson Limited the industrial fan manufacturer are proud to announce completion of their Management Buy Out at the end of December 2002.   The firm's two founding directors, Len Woodcock and Trevor Wilson have retired and a new board of directors is now managing the company.

The names of the new directors and their responsibilities are:

Mark T. Jones   -   Managing / Sales Director
Richard M. Wilson   -   Financial / Service Director
Robert H. Armson   -   Production Director

While Len Woodcock and Trevor Wilson will no longer take an active role in the running of the company, they will be in the office occasionally to give the benefit of their experience.   As many of our customers know Len and Trevor very well I am sure they would like to join us in wishing them a very happy retirement.

Woodcock & Wilson would like to assure all our customers that the firm will continue as before the buy out, manufacturing high quality products and providing a first class service.   Between them the new management team have over 60 years experience in the industry and have been gradually taking over responsibility for managing the company during the past year so we anticipate a smooth transition.

All the directors, past and present, would like to thank you for your support over the first 30 years of Woodcock & Wilson and hope that we can continue our success for the next 30 years.
